The brochure, when printed, is designed to be two pages printed front and back on one sheet of paper. The paper is then trifolded along the column lines. The column on page one with "Tirosh" is folded first. Then the column with "What is.." is folded second. The columns are not equal. After makeing the folds, the top cover should now read "What is... Tirosh".
If this is way too confusing, find your parish rep and get a preprinted bochure!
